KOKODA(ここだ)は、Web フォームの「どこが・何が間違っているか」を、その場で日本語で教える Chrome 拡張機能です。
対応環境:PCのGoogle Chrome(バージョン119以降)
一言でいうと
入力した内容は、保存も送信もしません。
扱う情報と、その使い方

しないこと
- 入力内容や閲覧しているページの情報を、開発者や第三者のサーバーに送ること(この拡張機能は、通信するコードを一切持ちません)
- 分析(アナリティクス)・トラッキング・広告
- 入力内容の保存、ログ出力
- ユーザー登録・ログイン・アカウントの作成
- 入力内容を勝手に書き換えること、勝手に送信すること(「直す」ボタンを押したときだけ、その欄の内容を直します)
秘密の欄(パスワード・カード・口座など)
これらの欄は、桁数や形式(全角/半角、条件を満たすか)の判定に限ります。内容は保持も表示もしません。案内も「◯文字目に全角文字があります」までで、その文字が何かは表示しません。
秘密の欄として扱うもの:パスワード(パスワード・パスコード・暗証番号・「表示」で文字が見える欄・伏せ字の欄)/ カード番号 / セキュリティコード / カードの有効期限・カード名義 / 口座番号 / マイナンバー・個人番号 / 認証コード・確認コード・ワンタイムパスワード・PIN・秘密の質問の答え。決済サービスなどの iframe の中の欄も、その中で同じように扱います。
画面への表示(「いまの入力」)
氏名・住所・電話番号・メール・生年月日など、種類が確実に分かった欄だけ、間違いを案内している間、その欄の内容を、いま開いているページの上にだけ表示します(間違っている文字の目印のためです)。保存も送信もしません。案内が消えると破棄されます。種類が分からない欄では、表示しません。
長い入力
判定するのは、先頭の2,000字まです。それより長いときは、その旨を案内します。
権限について
- すべてのサイトで動作する権限:どのサイトのフォームでも、自動で間違いを見つけるために必要です。ページの内容は、そのページの中で判定するだけで、外部には出ません。
- storage:上の「設定」を保存するためだけに使います。
確認方法
ソースコードは、通信・ログ・トラッキングのコードを含まないことを、自動テストで毎回検査しています。

KOKODA Privacy Policy
KOKODA ("koko-da" means "it's here!" in Japanese) is a Chrome extension that tells you, on the spot and in Japanese, which field of a web form is wrong and why.
Supported environment: Google Chrome on a PC (version 119 or later)
In short
What you type is neither saved nor sent anywhere.
What we handle and how

What we do not do
- Send what you type, or information about the pages you view, to the developer's or any third party's server (this extension contains no code that communicates over the network).
- Analytics, tracking, or advertising.
- Saving what you type, or writing it to logs.
- User registration, sign-in, or account creation.
- Changing what you typed, or submitting a form, on its own (the content of a field is corrected only when you press the "fix" button).
Sensitive fields (passwords, cards, bank accounts, etc.)
For these fields, checks are limited to length and format (full-width/half-width, whether requirements are met). The content is neither retained nor displayed. Messages go only as far as "there is a full-width character at position N" and never show what that character is.
Fields treated as sensitive: passwords (passwords, passcodes, PINs, fields whose text can be revealed with a "show" toggle, masked fields) / card numbers / security codes / card expiry dates and cardholder names / bank account numbers / My Number (Japan's individual number) / authentication codes, verification codes, one-time passwords, PINs, and answers to secret questions. Fields inside iframes, such as those of payment services, are treated the same way within the iframe.
What is shown on screen (the "current input" display)
Only for fields whose type is clearly recognized, such as name, address, phone number, email, and date of birth, the content of the field is shown on the page you have open, and only while a mistake is being explained (to mark the wrong characters). It is not saved or sent, and it is discarded when the message disappears. For fields whose type is not recognized, nothing is shown.
Long input
Only the first 2,000 characters are checked. If the input is longer, KOKODA tells you so.
About permissions
- Access to all sites: Needed so that mistakes can be found automatically in forms on any site. Page content is checked inside that page only and never leaves it.
- storage: Used only to save the settings above.
How to verify
Automated tests check every time that the source code contains no code for network communication, logging, or tracking.
Changes
If this policy changes, this document will be updated and the "last updated" date will be rewritten.
